Never honourable to use one's family like this in politics.

I always think of the difference between how Gordon Brown dealt this his child dying when he was still chancellor and then how David Cameron dealt with the death of his in 2009 and subsequently after that. It's not a nice thing to use just to make you look like you're pro-health care (or pro-NHS in our case) when you're most definitely not.
