It's entirely likely that the next President, if a two-termer, will oversee the retirement/death of Ginsburg, Scalia, Kennedy and Breyer. If that President is a Democrat, what are the chances that Republicans just straight up don't let them confirm a replacement at least for Scalia and Kennedy?

If the Democrats control the Senate then this will just spur them to abolish the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees.
