I've been predicting Chafee for over a decade...since before this forum even existed:

I think Chafee will lose reelection, get elected governor, and then run for president as a Democrat (on a metric system platform) in 2016.

I think that the First Lady of Arkansas Hillary Rodham will become the First Lady of the U.S. in 1993, then a U.S. Senator in 2001, and then run for President (on a platform of expanding the Moon bases against the Soviet Union) in 2016.
