No.

I'd want a foreign power aiding a rebel group here, and then f-cking off to let us build our own state, a la Libya.

But if it's a non-genocidal, not-too-oppressive dictatorship, I really wouldn't care.  Democracy isn't as great as those who fetishize it so much make it out to be.
