I don't have much faith in the reactionaries on the Supreme Court at the best of times, but I'm at least hopeful they'll uphold. It's worth remembering that the healthcare lawsuits were originally considered a fringe activity with no chance of ever reaching the Supreme Court, and only gained credibility (such as it is) through the backing of a certain major political party...
