Not persuaded any of Rubio, Kasich or Bush would drop out before their home state comes up mid-March. Even if not that long, a week after South Carolina, quasi Bush home states Texas and Maine are in the Super Tuesday mix. With money in the bank and Trump, Cruz and Rubio turning their attention to each other, why quit?
