The power will stay in family, of course. Little Kim will need some time to become an effective ruler, just like his daddy needed time to consolidate his position when grandpa died (of course, he wasn't that young back then).

I can see little Kim achieving full power in, let's say, two-three years. Until then, it will be semi-regency.
