Acting President of Ukraine has "cancelled" the referendum.

I wonder how is he going to enforce this.

Leader of the Crimean Tatars said 99% of them did not vote in the referendum.

Meanwhile, Chrimean Premier stated, 40% of the Tatars did vote.
