There would have been no change in the results. Neoliberal twitter trolls who worship Kamala and hate Sanders enough to back Trump are loud but not statistically significant.

He's talking about those Romney-Biden suburbanites. Moderate conssitent dems would had keeped the line agaisnt Trump.
I suppose Sanders could had helped to carry the Midwest trio, but would had lose Georgia and Arizona unless increase lefty turnout had some effects.
