The Midwest does not have a functioning government. No one has posted in the Alþing in almost two months and there hasn't been a real election for "Prime Verin" since December.

In particular, the Midwest will be vulnerable to a lawsuit claiming violation of almost the entirety of Section IV of the Midwest constitution. Since the Supreme Court of Atlasia also serves as the highest judicial authority in the Midwest, I may decide to file a lawsuit there soon on behalf of the citizens of that region.

This is a startling failure of democratic governance. Is there any constitutional remedy here?

I resent this meddling in Midwestern affairs.

Affairs? What affairs? As far as I can tell, there aren't any, and haven't been any for months.
