Another five "yes" votes would currently be needed to put the initiative above the 60% threshold for adoption.

I have two concerns about this initiative (haven't voted yet and am not sure how I will):

1. What are the consequences of ignoring it?

Referenda on citizen initiatives count as federal elections. Failure to vote in three consecutive federal elections results in deregistration. If you have no opinion on the referendum question but wish to avoid missing the election, you may vote "Abstain" and you will be considered, for Census Bureau purposes, to have voted in the election.

And, of course, if you do ever realize that you have missed three consecutive federal elections, you may re-register without delay or penalty.

I meant what happens if an elected official ignores the initiative if it is passed, not if I ignore it and don't vote.

I don't think that anything at all would happen. The initiative is phrased in the passive voice:

"Statutes, Constitutional Amendments, and Supreme Court decisions shall be added..."

It does not designate responsibility to specific officials for Wiki maintenance, nor does it create penalties for non-compliance.
