Almost strongly pro-choice.  I basically take the Joe Hoeffel position.  I oppose partial birth abortion except for rape, life of the mother, and health of the mother.    Otherwise it's a woman's right.  I also favor federal funding as my next Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz does.

I completely agree with this position.

We agree on a lot here man.  I just wish there were more cops like you in Northeast Philly.

Strongly pro-choice with the serious exception of partial-birth abortions. I am somewhat undecided on that issue, though it should be legal if the mother's life is in danger.

And I honestly can't believe there are those who would ban abortion even in a case of rape because "it's not the child's fault". The woman has MONTHS before it becomes anything more than a clump of cells!

Thank you Arlen Specter.

That's about where i am as well.  I oppose partial birth abortion with life and health exceptions.  As far as I see it in the early stages, it's a clump of cells.  I don't know what the Catholic church/Evangelicals get all fussy about.

Is that something you'd like to announce and be proud of?

Hey I know women who are.

How can you be proud of murder?

No, no...to them it's a woman's "choice." There's no taking of an innocent life involved. It's just the woman's "right" to control her body.

Like it's that simple.  You carry a baby and understand what a girl goes through. ASS!

i do, however, think that partial birth should be illegal....it's disgusting....

The whole 'partial birth' abortion fuss is just a political ploy to get votes and advance the agenda of eliminating all abortion. If an early abortion is a private matter, than so is a later one.

partial birth abortion isn't just a fuss.  it's brutal, and quite disgusting.  the fact that you are sucking the brain out of something should just scream "wrong".  my biggest problem with partial birth is that the fetus is at the age of viablity very often, which medically is 20 weeks.  often, these infants could survive outside the uterus (with massive medical intervention, of course).  the woman should really be more responsible and have the pregnancy terminated earlier if it's that important to her.

I actually agree with that position.  I also support NARAL about 90% of the time on other issues though.  This may be shocking since I oppose requiring parental notification, but your position makes sense.
