The holiday is over.

I nominate Oakcale for Chair and Jbrase for Vice-Chair.

Seconded, on both counts.

In the spirit of democracy, what do my fellow members think about voting on platform planks piecemeal? If vote tallying seems hellish I'll volunteer to do it.

Let's talk structure.

We should have a Chairman, some sort of director or coordinator, and maybe a Vice Chairman. We also ought to develop formal bylaws.

Perhaps rules for primaries and leadership elections deserve consideration too.

How about Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Whip? I know that structure seems painfully unoriginal, but perhaps we can revolutionize how they function, and/or change their names.

Also, while I personally find platforms to be more hindersome than useful, I don't seem to recall us having voted on one. We should at least resolve the matter some time soon.
