Q, do you even know what the Fair Deal was? Give a bill a title that says something about what it does.
The original Fair Deal is not precisely described by its title either, though in both cases the title is appropriate.
With all due respect, I believe what the bill does is more important than what the bill is called.
The bill title will stand. If you wish to vote against this legislation due to the name it has been given, that is your right.
Change the title to "Kill All Atlasians Bill", it would be nothing about the title but still.
