Can we trade these people for the immigrants? One will work hard and not grift, one is better for America.

Lots of immigrants are future American workers. There's no need to make nasty, classist comments about the latter to make a point about the former. Besides which, it's not as if all white collar workers are thrilled about H-1Bs, and the laziest workers I know have desk jobs.
Most white collar workers don’t brag about how hard they work. Where a lot of people I personally know try and act better then white collar workers because of the physical labor they do (fyi these are family). They also at the same time brag about how much they try and not work at the same time.
