Darr is moving out of CD3 and probably into CD4.

Darr's margin in CD4 in 2010 was almost identical to his statewide margin, FWIW.

The Daily Beast has a decent profile on Cotton. It talks a lot about his ability to stake out far-right positions but still have the party united behind him.

The comments on Senator Pryor's Syria status are almost all positive.

Though I don't think FP will be a flashpoint in this race.

The comments are usually negative though Tongue

The floor is still intact, isn't a 2010 national environment. That said we haven't seen an independent poll yet and still very early. This time 4 years ago Lincoln was in the low 40s.

At this time in 2009, she was 1 point ahead of this unknown guy named Tom Cotton:

Cotton gets schooled by Chuck Todd on MSNBC.

Ouch. Pryor's last ad slams Cotton for raising funds in Houston instead of being in Washington negotiating before the shutdown.

And they could have made this seat more Democratic. Dammit.

The Democrats should immediately start recruiting Shane Broadway. He carried this seat by 12 points in his LG race. He won't have as much crossover support for Congress, but he'd be the best bet, IMO.

Both Hagan and Landrieu are signing up for the Obamacare plans in their states instead of getting the federal plan. Anything from Pryor, Rogue?

Ugh. Begich started with that a few weeks ago and I'm glad Landrieu and Hagan have too. I don't see why Pryor wouldn't; it just makes him look bad.

Pryor will sign up for the state exchanges.
Finally!

Make of this what you will but here's a comparison of the Facebook likes for some Senate campaigns Cotton is impressive; he's by far leading the group at over 90K. The next best that I can think of is Maness, who isn't listed, but is pushing 80K, atm.

Pryor goes, umm, Biblical in his new ad. He stresses his Christian faith and talks about the Bible as his 'compass' in decision-making.

Even from my southern socon view, I wouldn't wear this stuff out on my sleeve too much. But, I guess its the holiday season and its, 'ya know, Arkansas.

At least its nice that both the candidates are running positive ads for change though. This will be a nice reprieve before the real actions starts next year!

That was the same brilliant NRSC spokesman that came up with the 'empty dress' epithet for Grimes.
