I think the Wikipedia map actually managed to get county-level data for Alaska. It doesn't have percents, but it could probably still be useful. Ben Carson still managed to win one.

Alaska has no counties, that's impossible; results were reported by state House district, so those exist. Ben Carson did win one, though it was a majority-Alaska Native, ultra-low turnout one (just 41 votes were cast, of which Carson placed first with 17 -- could conceivably be 1-2 large families supporting him).
