Considering we're going to have to take some House losses somewhere, I really wouldn't mind Issa losing. His opponent has a sordid history of harassing and stalking an ex-wife, and he would totally embarrass the Democratic caucus if he became a member.
A sort of Grayson redux?
Seems like Applegate isn't as incendiary as Grayson (otoh, Grayson didn't seem like a future firebrand in his first congressional campaign either) and that these incidents are in the past, but, decide for yourself:
