Looks to be a case of West Virginia to me. The Democrats can do spectacularly well on the state level in Missouri, but in a year like this, there's not a remote chance in hell one will reach the Senate.

Surely there's a "remote chance in hell" of such in West Virginia...

I probably should have clarified that, since the chances are still pretty high in WV, thanks to Manchin seemingly being the Appalachian version of Freudenthal, although it's pretty well a toss-up. But in Missouri...no.
