So then why do you keep crucifying the Democrats? Who by the way as flawed as there are way better than any of the WORTHLESS parties in your country (seriously, as far as countries with awful parties go, that's near the top)

Clearly you haven't been reading Gully's comments on the Irish politics in the Ireland General Discussion thread. But even if he did think that Irish parties were astoundingly fantastic, how is your damning them at all relevant to this discussion? Even if they are worthless, this has no effect one way or the other on the greatness or uselessness of the Democratic party.

BRTD has this thing where he will pick something bad, compare it to something worse, and then claim that the first thing is good because it's better than the second.  Check his posts, he does it a lot.
