I know this is a different election but let's remember the Israeli exit poll had ZU and Likud both at equal proportions and they ended up pretty damn wrong. It's not over till it's over.

If you think about the Lib Dems and the Tories as one homogeneous bloc, they technically did 'lose' seats. While that is an incredibly terrible way to think about British politics, it seems that at least in some sense, there's some rebuff to the current government?

As ObserverIE said, clutching at straws...

All of the usual caveats apply, of course, and with that in mind I will point out that the figures are not as theoretically accurate as the sort of demographic exit poll data that most of the non-British posters here will be used to, but it's the best you're going to get. So please read with caution: in particular be really careful with the class stuff, because (amongst other things) the model used is kind of dreck.
