It'd be a favorite punchline among late night television hosts, but very little attention will be paid to it by the mainstream media.

Perhaps Lindsey Graham is using a 2016 presidential campaign as a way to bring high visibility to GLBT Republicans?  Maybe he's planning on coming-out after SCOTUS strikes down all statewide bans this summer?
