Obvious racist, obvious dick....but he did something that was inevitable so clearly he is the greatest President ever.
He did something inevitable despite being from a part of the country and society that was largely against it, and not needing to do it in order to win the 1964 elections.
He was a man of great courage, (though abrasive) a true leader, and one of the only Presidents serious about eliminating poverty.
The good seriously outweighs the bad in this case. Same is in cases of fellow internet scapegoat Presidents Nixon and Wilson.
