Though doubtful the courts will let him. Name ID is currently 37%, polling at 14%, per Levada.

At any rate he could quite plausibly place a very distant second. Which is all one can realistically hope for, and I'd definitely be curious to see how he'd play outside the cities. Populist nationalism sells out there, as Putin himself knows.
