Horwath wants 5 debates. She also said in a CBC interview that Wynne wants to privatize the TTC.

Wynne says Horwath's lying on the TTC.

Takhar, amazingly, still hasn't decided whether he's running.

I'm increasingly tempted by the pre-polling era, one where parties outright owned papers. Tongue

Hudak: lower corporate taxes.

Wynne/PC lawsuit moving ahead.

Awkward photo op for Hudak.

Could TJB be an Ungava-type upset?

My guess: Wynne's spat with Harper, Horwath's TTC comments and Hudak's photo op (which some non-Star journos are comparing to le shove) won't be game-changers. At least for now.

Don't worry, they're now onto noting whether any of Hudak's photo-op locations have ever received a nickel in government subsidies. Total game changer. That said, the PC tour folks are doing it on purpose for some reason. My advice would be avoid any negative shinies, but what do I know about tour planning? Tongue

Shiny (and I'd say the same about Wynne spandex or Horwath hard hat) That said, better research so he doesn't get nitpicked to political death.

Horwath: raise the minimum wage to $12 while cutting small business tax.

In practice I'm quite sure whoever wins a seat plurality will form government.

From the LG's Twitter feed: what a writ looks like. 214 of them.

Paul Bliss explains the writs: one's for the returning officer, other's for the Official Documents Officer of Ontario.

Why Horwath's heading SW.

No idea. But as the article says, they're trying to hold what they have plus knock off Piruzza and Matthews.

NDP: lower hydro bills.

Hudak should take Ivison's advice.

Today's roundup.

Star says Horwath's bumbling, compares her to Ford on populism and gravy train.

Hudak: 200k jobs over 4 years from eliminating restrictions on skilled trades. Other parts of the "Million Jobs Plan" are out tonight. That said, I'm very skeptical of anyone throwing out jobs numbers.

+1000, the Star's being itself as usual. More examples: Harper allegedly "smirking" in their private meeting on pensions... with Wynne herself as the source. Or Grit scandals being no big deal in Trin-Spa.

From Paikin: Wynne mentioned Harper 562 (!) times in her Ottawa stump speech today. Mentioned her real opponents once.
