Creepy old man in a cape. If he wants to command respect, he needs to update the wardrobe. It's hard to take somebody in a pointy hat seriously.

Because people in two-piece suits do such bang-up jobs.

They can't both be doing a terrible job?

Why would one need to 'update the wardrobe' to (presumably) something approximating the other in that case?

I don't care what they're wearing, the people under the respective stereotypical outfit are definitely both doing a pretty terrible job at what they're doing.

memphis apparently thinks it's relevant for some reason.
