Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

You know, I think I might actually be up for this. I've been interacting with you jerks for the better part of three years, after all.

How realistic is a train ride down the Northeast Corridor from Boston?

I'm looking at that right now. What's your personal limit for time spent on a train?

Oh, sorry, I didn't see that my doodle update "conversation" in gmail had 9 replies!  Thanks to Sawx, Mung, and, my personal favorite, "maybe I'll see if you pick a date if I can make it", for your replies.  Right now, the 23rd and 24th are in the lead.  Any other votes?

NYC Smiley

Seriousy though, would love to do it, but likely won't be able to make it down to D.C

I have to second this. I'll still try to make it if it's in DC but New York would be a lot easier.

If enough people would prefer NYC, and someone wants to take charge of planning a meetup there, feel free!  That would be too complicated for me to plan, though.  For now, I'll keep developing a meetup in DC.

Could you do a separate New York/DC acceptability gauge Doodle, maybe?

The 23rd and 24th would really be easier for me than the 30th but okay, I'll see if I can make this work. If DC isn't doable for me then New York still should be.
