Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

Ever listened to TYT, maybe left wing YouTube channels like David Pakman or Secular Talk? They define smugness.

Bill Maher, John Oliver. Bleghh.
John Oliver and Chris Hayes sure, but on the whole, most sanctimonious "moderate" Republicans, and especially foreign ones (Louise Mensch, Rogue Beaver) who have no stake in the process at all are even worse.

RogueBeaver isn't moderate.

There's actually no such thing as a moderate Republican - regardless of views - unless that politician exited office at least 25 years before whatever year it happens to be now.

This is something I've learned on Atlas.

That's not what I'm saying. You, actually, are a moderate Republican.

RogueBeaver, however, is not--and I say this as somebody who's fond of the guy. He consistently supports the most conservative viable options available in his own country, and he generally supports Republicans in American elections--something that most foreign right-leaners don't do, not just because muh Overton windows, but because there's a nationalistic rhetorical style to Republican politics that non-Americans find offputting and that it takes real commitment to one's right-wing politics to overcome.
