No, basically alll judges are activist. I'm sick of hearing that only liberal judges are activist.

If you define "activist" as "a judge who may overturn a law because they believe it is unconstitutional" then yes, all judges are activists.

I prefer wiki's definition:

It's the intent that best defines judicial activism.  Activists are not every judge who uses judicial review, but only the ones that use it to push an agenda.
