Romney just took the lead on Google, apparently.

...but no change in precincts. Weird.

Romney up 1 on CNN!

Santorum now up by a commanding 4 vote margin. I would have thought that would be it, but CNN is still saying 99% reporting.

Holy Crap...someone is about to win this caucus with less than 10 votes.

How do you know someone will win? A tie is a realistic possibility.

Suddenly 7 counties aren't at 100% here.

Sounds like the state party has let it be known that they are getting revisions from those counties.

The 6 counties that are amending all have Santorum ahead of Romney (although in some cases Paul is winning the county). Clinton county has 1 precinct that never reported and Romney is leading there.

The Iowa GOP Chair seems to be pushing back on the 14 votes thing. Could just be trying to build drama for his announcement though.

Or someone just making a killing selling Romney on InTrade.

CNN is interviewing party people from Clinton. The votes were phoned in at 7:48 pm, but it appears that the state didn't record it. Romney 51, Santorum 33 is what they are getting by phone.

Well, that would give us the Romney +14, groan.

Fox says the 14 vote Romney win reported by Rove, has been confirmed by a second source.

But does even Fox not have the balls to call this?

Well with Perry gone, Bachmann mortally wounded, and Gingrich weakened, Santorum might be able to win South Carolina, otherwise, this will get really boring.

Santorum winning Iowa down to 3% on InTrade. Of course that's triple what it was for Hillary winning NH the day of the primary.

Romney wins by 8 votes. 30015 for Romney, 30007 votes for Santorum.

You know what else is funny? Romney got 30021 in Iowa in 2008.
