The whole video is a fraud.  O'Keefe edited out the actual questions that were asked and then inserted his own voiceovers that had nothing to do with the questions:

The only story here is that O'Keefe isn't in prison yet.

One of the negatives about the internet age is that 20 years ago "reports" by people like O'Keefe would spend their existence on a VHS tape shown to nobody after being rejected by every news outlet.

Congress should have rejected his "reports", but yet Congress, including a majority of "Democrats" voted to destroy ACORN.
