The Iraqi voter is actually starting to emerge as a serious contender to all the natural disaster doom&gloom.

Do you think they'll sell more copies if they put a distant foreign country on the cover or a bleak story about natural disasters? Neither of them seems to be a commercial smash.

iraqi voter = person of year => positive spin foe Bush admin re iraq.

iraqi voter = person of year => not possible.

I disagree.  I'm not saying they will win, but that TIME is willing to pick them.  They have shown willing to look past their partisanship in the past when picking.

If they do pick them, they will spin it in the direction of them voting in spite of Bush's general ineptness.  They are not that non-partisan about this.
