The only exception is school principals. I don't think I've ever had a principal who wasn't an extreme right-winger. The most right-wing people I've ever met in my life were school principals.

I agree with you that most of the groups would vote Democratic, though I disagree with doctors. Pretty much every doctor I know is a right-winger. The AMA is a rather right-wing organization, too.
