Rohrabacher was going crazy in his speech. He sounded like a maniac.

He didn't say anything that isn't true.

Well it doesn't change the fact he sounded crazed. This is atrocious legislation.
If you can come up with one argument based on logic and sound reason why people should be punished for producing HEMP, then I will eat my hat.

It encourages disrespect for the laws and authority.

F**k law and f**k authority.

Immorality dressed up as law and authority is the worst kind of immorality and should not be respected by self-respecting, free people. I have far more respect for those who defy immoral laws like these than those who enforce said laws or who make them.

Good on the House for doing something about these archaic, immoral laws.
