Why would Romney repeal a bill that the health insurance industry supported and continues to support, and that is a direct copy of Heritagecare from way back in 1994? If anything, Romney would probably make sure that the program were implemented as smoothly as possible, and then try and take credit for the program working at all. That's what Republicans do.
