The purpose of this bill is to put all of our legislative procedure statute in one place in an organized manner.

In the course of doing this, I found we also have a law on the books that had been completely forgotten that requires the assembly to take another look at legislation passed three years ago. I would like to know if the assembly has an interest in reviving this long-lost practice or if it wishes to repeal it.

Does anyone have anything else to add here, or should I take this to a final vote?

I think we just need to decide whether the text includes the passage in red?

I wrote it intending the red text to be included as a temporary measure in order to force us to decide whether we are going to make PASLBAG happen or whether we should repeal it. The red was intended to be placeholder text.
