Giving the citizens more and easier access to the proceedings of government has always been a priority of mine. I applaud Senator Hawk for this piece of legislation and urge it's swift passage.

I would like to suggest the following amendment:

Insert between clauses 2 and 3 of Section 1:
The Attorney General shall maintain a list of Supreme Court decisions and opinions on the Atlas Fantasy Wiki.

They are usually pretty visible, but if the Senate feels the need to add that the Chief Justice shall notify the Attorney General of opinions/rulings, that is appropriate, in my opinion.

I think that that's the best course of action if we actually adopt such an amendment. We need to spell out exactly who is reporting to the AG on these matters.

Abstain - I would like to introduce an amendment stating that the Chief Justice shall notify the AG.

The vote hasn't started on that amendment yet. Smiley

Oh, my mistake. Sorry about that. Should I introduce my amendment now or wait until we vote on your version?

I introduce this amendment.

Insert between clauses 2 and 3 of Section 1:
The Attorney General shall maintain a list of Supreme Court decisions and opinions, provided by the Chief Justice of the Court, on the Atlas Fantasy Wiki.
