Our Leaders cannot dress themselves

I miss the goofy "national costumes" that they used to have the leaders attending APEC each year wear for the group photo.  Hopefully Putin will revive the tradition when they meet in Vladivostok this September.

BTW, did you know that in the summer, the U.S. Senate instead of having Casual Fridays has Seersucker Thursdays.
