Bushie, out of curiosity, other than the fake New Zealand company, have you ever responded to any scam emails, like the Nigerian 419 scams, or other such things?  Have you ever responded to an email written in all caps?

Also, https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=100092.0

Oh, heavens no.  I can spot Nigerian scams 5 miles off.

But can you spot Kenyan scams?

Most likely.  Thankfully, I haven't come across any, yet.

That you know of.

His momma made him spaghetti tonight........he'll be 350 before he moves out, easy.

Yeah, it will take time, though!  I just have to get out there and do some yard work or walk around the property.  That's probably the best way right now to keep it off.

You could start by simply eating less.  How big of a serving did you have for dinner?  How many calories did you eat today?

Probably had around 2,000-2,250 calories all told, split between lunch and dinner.

I find that hard to believe... out of curiosity, care to share a rundown of everything you've eaten and drank today?

I didn't have anything for breakfast, but for lunch I had a big hamburger, so probably 1,200 calories there.  For dinner I had a moderately big serving of spaghetti, probably around 800 calories worth, plus one coke and one diet dr pepper.  I may have had closer to the high end of that range or maybe 2,500 at the highest.

Terrible diet.  Where's the fruits and vegetables?  At most you had two, the hamburger toppings and a tomato sauce on the spaghetti. (Please don't tell me you had fries with your hamburger.  Fried potatoes aren't much of a vegetable and they likely added another three to five hundred calories to your meal beyond the twelve hundred or more from the big burger.  Plus it's a bad idea to skip breakfast if you are trying to lose weight.  Multiple small meals are better than one or two big ones, even if they have the same number of calories.  Try eating a small salad (with no dressing or just a vinagrette) at the start of dinner.  You'll feel fuller and you'll get some much needed fiber and vitamins.  While bagged salad is hardly the best option, it's quite easy, and I think for you, it needs to be easy for you to even consider doing it.

(By the would someone please shoot me?  I usually try to stay away from the Update thread.)

isnt the usps out of business?

another 'industry' the unions destroyed.

Not really.  The internet destroyed the USPS along with government mandates.  It's not the fault of the postal service that they haven't been able to shrink to meet the new reality.  Even with the mandated requirements of Saturday delivery, being unable to set prices on their own, and an inability to close post offices that aren't being fully utilized, if it weren't for the mandate that, unlike the rest of the government, they fully fund their pensions they'd still be without immediate problems, yet getting there as the use of first class mail continues to shrink.
