If the GOP wants to prohibit felons from holding federal jobs or specific federal jobs, then propose legislation to that effect. And if they didn't want felons being hired by HHS they should have offered an amendment to the ACA to that effect.

Why should the GOP have wasted its time to improve a bill that the Supreme Court would obviously strike down. Wink
