ROMA - (Agenzia Stefani) Il Duce announced today that he was appointing Cesare Maria De Vecchi, Conte di Val Cismon as Minister of Foreign Affairs.  "I am hopeful that the near future will see the organizing of one or more multilateral meetings to discuss issues with a discretion and speed that the normal operations of the League of Nations cannot achieve.  As such, I feel it is important to have someone other than myself as Minister of Foreign Affairs, someone who can travel at a moment's notice if need be.  As an old friend and fellow leader of the March on Roma, I can think of no one better suited at this time for the task.  He will be maintaining his current portfolio as Ambassador to the Vatican See in addition to his new role.

More importantly, I still need a Britain before we start.

As if who my Foreign Minister is really matters.  Besides, I'm trying to avoid having to do everything at once.
