I

The US's special friendship with Israel is a sore spot to having credibility with the 1.6 billion Muslims in the world. Furthermore it hurts US efforts in Eastern countries and is seen as having a pro-Western imperial bent. Israel is for the most part a wealthy country and should have its aid reduced and even than with high Arab birth rates is slowly turning into a Sunni Arab Levantine society like Jordan. Israel is over helped in comparison to other US allies like Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea.

II

While it isn't illogical to be a devout Muslim and be accepting/tolerant. For example praying 5 times a day and fasting in Ramadan but opposing the blasphemy laws in Pakistan. But in the end, the reality is that the average Muslim holds barbaric/backward views and their continued immigration to North America and Europe is moving those societies to an unfavorable equilibrium.
