Pittsburgh (normal, Pittsburgher by birth and upbringing).  The accent is absolutely horrendous, but everything else makes up for it: the symphony, the opera, the colleges, and of course, the Steelers, Penguins, and even as of late the Pirates.  Plus, I love the political/social culture.  Left-wing, working-class roots, and even though the city has transformed itself into a lovely white-collar hub, people haven't forgotten their working-class roots and still generally vote for progressive, pro-labor candidates, carrying the struggle of their ancestors in the city who pioneered the early labor movement.

As proof of this, witness our most recent Democratic Mayoral primary.  Probably the biggest reason why it was competitive was because the unions were split between Peduto and Wagner, as they were both considered strong pro-labor candidates.  The more socially liberal unions went for Peduto, whereas the more Casey-ite pro-labor socons went for Jack Wagner.  Ultimately, Peduto won out.  Not to say that his social liberalism was the thing that made the difference–Wagner also oozes sleaze, and has been running for mayor for basically 20 years now).  But still, that kind of characterizes Pittsburgh politics.  Socially liberal working class politics, even though it's actually quite white-collar now.  In other words, awesome.
