Not just quick, but also hilarious to read. This chief justice is my new favourite American judge now. Tongue

Yeah, anyone who has been through law school is quite familiar with Posner's writing style. His opinions usually make for an entertaining read.

Our ban is constituitional. It was a bunch of politicians who kept us from having our vote on the subject in November.

You do understand why that wouldn't have changed the ruling, right?
