Let the Kangaroo Court begin!
Well what do you want? He's clearly guilty, and had he committed his crime in the U.S., he would almost certainly be sentenced to death.
Who said I wanted anything? I'm just stating what's obviously going to happen.
Here's some common understanding of the term "Kangaroo Trial"
1. A mock court set up in violation of established legal procedure.
2. A court characterized by dishonesty or incompetence.
Is it somewhat a Kangaroo Trial because the offender is taken in the crime and admit to have commited the crime? Then I'm misusing the phrase. What I meant was that he's obviously guilty and will be convicted as such, but he's going to do some rather crazy stuff during the trial. (like declaring self-defense, bringing in other extremists to show he's not insane, etc.)
