Another ethical scenario

I put this in a gray area, unless of course aside from the election fraud the previous government was tyrannical in nature. The ruling party shouldn't necessarily be banned if that's not the case.

Either way the group throwing the coup should hold new elections with independent oversight rather than holding onto power gained by force.
