I fail to see how Kerry could do a better job on it at this juncture. I don't see him doing a worse job either. Bush doesn't run daily policy in Iraq, Kerry wouldn't either. He'll probably do about the same unless he can come up with a different long term plan.

This poll on whether Kerry would be an improvement is less definitive than the poll on Bush's competency, but a solid majority think Kerry will be at least as good.

Keep in mind this isn't a scientifically valid poll - the population of the forum isn't representative of the actual popultion of the U.S.  I mean, look how many Libertarians there are here.
