I'm not a fan of ambiguity. On that note, I have a few issues:

1.2: Nothing ever defines a "check-up". As far as this bill is concerned, a sex worker could declare themselves clean and there'd be no problem with it.

1.3/1.4: What defines an STD? What defines an "incurable" STD?

I wouldn't think so, since they wouldn't be "performing sex work"

I'm in favor of this amendment. I think there's more we could do, especially in the area of separation of infected and non-infected, but that would be more appropriate for a separate bill.
