I'd talk through the mechanics, and the need for a healthy relationship but place emphasis on safe sex and on other types of sexual acts, such as oral sex, which is a preferable and less reisky sort of 'release' than vaginal intercourse. And yes I would discuss gay 'sex', simply to the extent that there are people out there who love the same sex and that there is nothing wrong or shamfeul in that.
