You know tommorow ads will be run in California urging Congress to allow foreign born Americans to run for president.

If this works than it could be interesting in 2008.

That would just be SOOOOOOO wonderful!

Not typical. Also it was a batch of states at one point, than another batch 200 years later. Some, myself included, feel this ratification may not have been strictly constitutional, though there is now a set precedent.
